What is the most reliable gaming console that I mentioned decomposes and can last a long time? Sega Genesis, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast or SNES or Nintendo 64?

Any ideas when I am able to buy the original Super Mario Kart (SNES) on Nintendo Wii Virtual Console?
I recently went to buy some games for the console and was especially interested in downloading some of the Mario games, I used to play on the NES and SNES. I was disappointed not to find the original Super Mario Kart. Somebody has any information about a release date is possible or whether it will be released at all? A guy from work told me it was released in Japan 9 June, but had no information on possible release here (UK).
Super Mario Kart was released on the Japanese Virtual Console on June 9, but not no release date for the final Europe and Australia, but I'm sure it will be only a few months until his release. Alternatively, you can Buy Mario Kart 64 on the console 1000 virtual Wii points, and that in itself is a great game that is bound to keep busy until Super Mario Kart is released! Hope I helped!

On the bottom of the cartridge (the side that is inserted into the console) you will notice that is a circuit the center with small strips of metal on each side. Alcohol Economics for a Q-Tip (2-3 packed by hand, tends to be most effective) and clean both sides of the plate. The alcohol evaporates very quickly so do not be afraid to touch too humid, with a few things are going to break any residual process faster and faster. What we try to do is to polish the metal contacts, then continue to pin each side vigorously until the Q-Tips do are black or gray. Replace Q-Tips, as it is soiled or if they start to break. Once the Q-Tips are coming out dirtier you should wait a while for any remaining alcohol to evaporate the Board. Take a clean, dry cotton tip and scrape tightly to each side of the Board, if you come clean already!
