I'm Coral S. Seay. I am a painter in Scottsdale, Arizona. I have recently made major improvements in my study, change of natural lighting, full spectrum lights Ott-Lite. These lights enable me to see the true color of the paint and keep the concepts of my pieces as close as possible images in my mind. With the extreme temperature and lighting here in Arizona, I use the true colors "line of the Ott-Lite light to maintain the look and the current lighting. After the paint dries on a canvas, I can match colors if I am using the lights to illuminate the high speed line.
Since I am the sunlight from the northern most of the time in my study, I not worry about sunlight during the day, however, often working at night, and I continue my consistent results.
He also created a configuration still life in my studio, using the platforms, tables and lighting angle using my laptop Ott-Lites. This configuration includes wall painting of a neutral white, so you can play with light that bounces around the room and to stay in large objects.
My new light gave me the opportunity painting for a much longer and prevent eye fatigue. Fires have also helped me with my work, portrait, treading softly on the skin tones of my clients, and gently illuminate their true color of the face.
Another improvement for the workshop was a padded carpet. I got the idea from my hairdresser, I realized that, like me, she is all day. I called attention to their floor mats and shoes of great stress. Since I work standing most of the time, this improvement has been wonderful for my workshop. The carpet can handle comfortably for long.
Among the lights used to display the complete spectrum and mats, I increased my productivity by thirty percent. I know because I kept track of the number of portraits and still life commissions that have made this year. Although not considered the work of an artist to make calculations, provided thought they did not lie, nor the fact that my back, knees, feet and eyes are not strained by the end of the day.
Now that I know how full-spectrum light and a floor mat can improve my study, I wonder why I have not done much earlier in my career.
