Can you reserve video game consoles from retail stores like Best Buy for in-store pick up?
- I really want to buy the PlayStation 3 Slim at Best Buy.
- I don't know how high the demand for them is going to be in my city.

I don't know if you can do that if there are lines waiting to buy the consoles, but I do know from experience that you can call and ask if they have any PS3 Slims in stock and if they do, you can ask them to reserve it for you until you get to the store (assuming no one is in line at the time).
